Project Role Description : As a Serialization/Track & Trace Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the serialization applications used in our client's manufacturing operations. Must have skills: Hands-on experience with one or more serialization platforms such as TraceLink, Codesoft, Optel, Wipotec OCS, Advanco, or EdgeTrac. Minimum Experience Required: 3-4 years of relevant experience in serialization or application support roles. Summary: The Serialization Application Support Engineer plays a critical role in supporting and maintaining Track & Trace (T&T) and serialization applications within global pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, application stability, compliance readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The candidate must demonstrate strong learning ability, a solution-oriented mindset, and capability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and grow into an SME for serialization applications. - Actively participate and contribute to global and cross-functional team discussions. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in serialization and T&T applications. - Troubleshoot application workflow errors, EPCIS data issues, and integration failures. - Support batch execution, rework processes, deployments. - Document troubleshooting steps, RCA, system changes, and solutions for future reference. - Collaborate with IT, QA, manufacturing, and vendor teams to resolve system issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Hands-on experience in serialization platforms such as Optel, Wipotec OCS, Advanco, EdgeTrac, or Tracelink. - Strong understanding of serialization processes, EPCIS workflows, and global T&T regulations (DSCSA, EU FMD, etc.). - Experience in troubleshooting application issues and performing detailed RCA. - Knowledge of AMS tools such as ServiceNow and system monitoring practices. - Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to global stakeholders. Good to Have Skills: - Exposure to SAP ATTP, MES, or WMS system integrations. - Understanding of DSCSA, EU FMD, and other global Track-and-Trace regulations. - Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or system monitoring tools. - Familiarity with various serialization systems such as Tracelink, Optel, EdgeTrac. - Experience working in pharmaceutical or manufacturing IT environments. - Strong teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills. Additional Information: - Shift flexibility may be required depending on production schedules. - The role has the potential for onshore or near-onshore opportunities.
