Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring system reliability, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely support, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Document and maintain records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based applications and services. - Strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting methodologies. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. - Ability to analyze system performance and recommend improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
