Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and analyze system performance, ensuring that all components function seamlessly to support business operations. You will engage in problem-solving activities, utilizing your expertise to enhance system reliability and efficiency, while also documenting findings and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of business systems and ensuring that they meet organizational needs effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system performance and reliability. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in application support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of network protocols and storage technologies. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to storage systems. - Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
