Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather information, prioritize tasks, and implement solutions that enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking solutions. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for network issues. - Experience in managing and configuring network devices such as routers and switches. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
