Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will act as a software detective. Your typical day will involve identifying and resolving issues within various components of critical business systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. You will collaborate with team members to analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system functionality, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of automation strategies to improve system efficiency. - Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). - Strong understanding of system integration and architecture principles. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues. - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Work Load Automation Architecture and Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
