Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of change management processes to enhance system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex software issues. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies. - Ability to document processes and create user guides for system enhancements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
