Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with different teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of the organization. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and reliability of essential applications throughout the business. Roles & Responsibilities: -Administer and manage the mobile server infrastructure using Microsoft Intune and other MDM platforms (e.g., MobileIron, AirWatch, or JAMF is a plus). -Implement Client's policies for mobile device management servers, smartphones, and tablets. -Perform mobile device management (MDM) software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes with pre-deployment testing. -Push MDM software, configurations, and policies to user devices. -Manage and coordinate mobile device certificate renewals to ensure continuous access and security compliance. -Configure and support mobile device email/app sync in compliance with Client's security policies. -Monitor and report mobile email and application sync usage. -Provide functional support for mobile apps (email, calendar, tasks, notes, journals). -Resolve and remediate mobile device sync-related incidents and service tickets. -Enforce and adhere to Client's IT security and usage policies for mobile devices. -Ensure mobile device compliance with internal security and operational standards. -Provide input on scripts used by Service Desk and support teams for MDM tasks. -Support automation of common administrative and troubleshooting functions. -Create and manage mobile device enrollment procedures and onboarding instructions for users. -Perform ongoing reviews and updates of operational procedures, run books, and support documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and other MDM platforms (e.g., MobileIron, AirWatch, or JAMF is a plus). -Strong understanding of mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android, Windows). -Experience with mobile email configuration (Exchange, O365, etc.). -Experience with mobile device certificate management and renewal processes. -Familiarity with patch management, software updates, and mobile security policies. -Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mobile sync and app-related issues. -Knowledge of ITIL practices and service ticketing tools. -Excellent documentation and communication skills. -License Management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
