Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the systems operate smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support and maintenance. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques and system functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code (IaC), AWS CloudFormation, Configuration Management (CM), Continuous Integration (CI) Tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Configuration Management (CM), Continuous Integration (CI) Tools. - Strong understanding of automation tools and scripting languages. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development environments. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
