Summary: As an Data Center Services SSE plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing data center operations. Their responsibilities typically include: Roles & Responsibilities: - Technical Expertise: Providing deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, including windows, servers, networking, storage, and cloud technologies like Linux. -Project Management: Overseeing data center modernization, migrations, and disaster recovery planning. -Operational Support: Ensuring uptime, security, and efficiency of data center services. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal teams and vendors to implement best practices. - Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance performance and reduce costs. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system administration. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Network Architecture and Design, Red Hat OS Administration. - Strong understanding of server management and configuration. - Experience with backup and recovery solutions. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
