Desired Responsibilities: o Design, develop, and deploy contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. o Customize and configure AWS Connect to meet the specific requirements of various projects. o Integrate AWS Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3. o Develop and maintain Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and other customer service workflows. o Implement security best practices to ensure data protection and compliance. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS Connect deployments. o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. o Monitor and optimize the performance of AWS Connect solutions. o Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. o Stay updated with the latest AWS services and best practices. Technical Experience: o 9+ years of experience in developing solutions with AWS services. o Hands-on experience with AWS Connect, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. o Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and other AWS services. o Knowledge of contact center operations and customer service processes. Professional Attribute o Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience on one or more products mentioned above. o Team handling / people management, good communication skills. o Excellent communication skills. o Previous experience working with cross geography teams. o Ready to work in shift Education o Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
