Mandatory Skills:
Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production support operations, handling incidents across
severity levels (P1 to P4) and ensuring timely resolution.
Execute UNIX/Linux commands, write shell scripts, and perform basic SQL
queries to monitor and troubleshoot applications.
Provide support via ServiceNow and other ticketing tools such as HelpCentral,
ensuring incidents and access tickets are managed effectively.
Provision and validate user access to various tools, dashboards, and
applications via Centralized Security Framework (CSF) and Client's Directory,
following standard approval workflows.
Assist application teams in onboarding their apps to CSF, guiding them through
multi-step configurations and ensuring proper setup.
Handle Access Manager requests and conduct validations to ensure
appropriate and compliant access provisioning.
Collaborate with support teams to gather required data, perform analysis, and
follow through on access provisioning tickets to closure.
Lead and support early launch activities, ensuring environments and access
are ready for production rollouts.
Manage and maintain disclosure processes for the Decision Support team,
particularly during NPI (New Product Introduction) activities.
