You will engage in discussions to enhance your understanding of the systems and processes, while also supporting your colleagues in their efforts to resolve technical challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in documenting issues and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage with users to gather feedback and improve service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support. - Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes. - Understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques for software applications. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
