Job description

Must have min 4-5 years of recent experience in Application Support/Technology Support

Ability to write basic SQL queries.

Must have worked in support teams of L1, L2, and SMEs in any technology operations

Must be hands-on with Unix Commands, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, NOSQL

Must be hands-on with observability tools like ELK, Kibana, Grafana other similar tools

Must be hands-on with analyzing logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, etc.

Good understanding of microservices architecture

Working knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes

Awareness of Release, Change, Problem, and Incident management processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins.
