Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. -Execute day-to-day process tasks (incident triage, SR fulfillment, availability reporting, CR validations). -Maintain ticket hygiene and documentation accuracy. -Escalate unresolved/complex issues to Senior Analysts. -Provide first level RCA inputs and availability data. -Support CAB preparation and SR catalog updates. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service management platforms. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to follow process rigor with attention to detail. -Learning mindset with ability to upskill in ITIL/SIAM. -Comfortable working in 24x7 shifts including US overlap. -Team player with adaptability to changing priorities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
