Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives and user needs. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving, as you will be tasked with maintaining system integrity and optimizing performance across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network Implementation. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring and management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively. - Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Software Defined Network Implementation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
