Provide application support to KHS Worldwide users
Handle first- and second-line support for engineering applications (Creo, AutoCAD, Catia etc.) and other applications
Diagnostic application error on client computers and resolve incidents, service requests, and other issues in a timely manner.
To able to installation & configuration of application support & handle to configure server components
Regularly monitor application performance and maintain the availability of application for users
Analyze recurring problems and identify long-term solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides (SOP), and knowledge base articles.
Support to users & other team members for application upgrades, patches, and maintenance schedules.
Handle integrations project, testing new application before deployments rollout.
Provide training and support to end users on application functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in application support, software maintenance, or a related IT role.
Understanding of Windows (Client / Server) environments.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Topdesk, ServiceNow, JIRA etc.)
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g.Java, C#, Visual Basic, PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication & English-speaking skills.
Ability to work independently
