Lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing data engineering pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks. b. Ensure timely delivery of project commitments with high-quality standards. c. Review and validate the work of team members to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. d. Optimize and scale data pipelines to handle massive data volumes and high-velocity data processing. e. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. f. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows. g. Willingness to work in 1 PM to 10 PM shift timings. Technical Experience: a. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks. b. Proficiency in PySpark for data transformation and processing. c. Strong expertise in SQL and experience in optimizing ETL/SQL processes for performance and scalability. d. Experience in ensuring data quality through validation, cleansing, and transformation techniques. e. Proven experience in building and deploying scalable, cloud-based data solutions using Azure services such as Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL. f. Ability to analyze and derive insights from large datasets using Databricks and other analytical tools. g. Experience in performance tuning of Azure Data Factory pipelines and SQL databases to ensure optimal performance. h. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric for data integration and orchestration is a plus. Professional Attributes: a. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. b. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Educational Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. o Relevant certifications in Azure Data Engineering or related technologies are a plus.
