Key Responsibilities:-

As an Application Support Engineer, you will:


Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise applications. Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues efficiently. Execute SQL queries to validate data and perform backend analysis. Work with the

Linux environment

for server and application-level troubleshooting. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for application maintenance and deployments. Provide timely and accurate incident updates, adhering to SLAs. Be available for

24x7 rotational shifts

as per project requirements.

Must-Have Skills:-

To excel in this position, you should have:


Good understanding of

SQL queries and database concepts

. Basic knowledge of

Linux

commands and system operations. Hands-on experience or exposure to

Application Support

processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Willingness to work in a

24x7 support model

.

Good-to-Have Skills:-

Knowledge or experience in the

Banking Domain

. Exposure to

ticketing tools

, incident management, or L1/L2 support. Basic scripting knowledge for automation and monitoring.
