Summary: Summary: Experienced and certified Scrum Master able to run sprints and guide high-performing Agile teams in fast-paced technology environments. Implementing Scrum and Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and deliver business value. Proven track record of facilitating enterprise-level Agile transformations, scaling Scrum across multiple teams, and mentoring Agile practitioners. Roles & Responsibilities: o Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies. o Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile mindset and frameworks, fostering a culture of transparency and self-organization. o Facilitate Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups across teams with diverse skill sets. o Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring high-quality deliverables. o Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity or delivery timelines. o Track team metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous process improvements. o Collaborate with leadership to scale Agile practices across the organization. o Guide teams through change management and transformation efforts, fostering adaptability, innovation, and cross-team collaboration o Knowledgeable on JIRA configuration, dashboard creation and analytics o Publishing Sprint Reports and Management Summary Professional & Technical Skills: o Proven experience as an Scrum Master supporting distributed teams in complex, fast-paced technology environments o Deep knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Lean principles, with the ability to adapt practices to different team contexts o Agile Metrics & Reporting (Velocity, Burndown) o Familiarity with DevOps principles and DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Change Failure Rate, Mean Time to Restore) to support Agile teams in improving delivery performance o Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing team performance, fostering psychological safety, and mentoring Product Owners and technical team members o Outstanding facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage team members and leaders across varying levels of seniority o Experience with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, MURAL, or other virtual collaboration platforms o Professional certification in Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) or an equivalent Agile qualification o Good knowledge of MS Power Automate would be desirable Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - Resource should be ok to work from Client office in Bangalore at least 10 days in a month and should be Scrum Certified. - This position is based only at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
