Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: A: Should have worked on SAP TM Connect with business and gather the requirements Propose solutions based on requirement B: Update the documentation Coordinate between Technical and other functional teams should be able to drive the things independently C: Should have production support experience Technical Experience A : Good Process Knowledge, Have got exposure of Client acing role Understanding client requirement, analyze and solution proposal B : In addition Candidate should have -knowledge of SAP TM processes order management, optimizer and manual planning, execution and integration with SAP ECC, EM and EWM , charge calculation, forwarding settlement and freight settlement, cost distribution, strategic freight management C : Should have good knowledge in : Shipper process, Tendering , Collaboration Port Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
