JD :

L2 level troubleshooting and resolutions issues.

Timely response and resolution of customer issues.

Maintain record with regular updates in the ticketing solution.

Escalation in case of unresolved issues.

Connect with customers to understand and resolve queries.

Co-ordinate cross functionally with Product / CRM / Dev teams.

Basic understanding of Docker containerization and container orchestration.

Familiarity with Kubernetes and its components (pods, services, deployments, namespaces, etc.).

Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).

Grabbing Logs (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud) and Managing Storage Buckets (e.g., AWS S3, GCP Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage)

Provide technical support for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of clusters.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to container orchestration, Kubernetes clusters, pod deployments, network configurations, and resource management.

Monitor the health of AKS environments and applications, implementing proactive solutions for performance optimization.

Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and resolve application-related issues running in Kubernetes environments.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Candidate should have knowledge on .NET/Java/database management.
