Key Responsibilities

Develop and demonstrate integrated workflows

in Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics by combining technologies across Thermo Fisher Scientific portfolios.

Conduct live demos, method development, and hands-on training

within the Customer Experience Center (CEC) to enable customer adoption and technical success.

Collaborate with global product and applications teams

to pilot, optimize, and localize workflows for India and the broader APAC region.

Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience

in Molecular Biology, BA/BE, or Diagnostics; experience with Thermo Fisher instruments preferred. Master's/Ph.D. in

Analytical/Organic Chemistry

,

Biochemistry

,

Pharmacy

, or equivalent. Strong understanding of

workflow integration

--instruments (e.g., LC-MS/MS, immunoassays), consumables (SPE, reagents), automation, and software. Deep application expertise in

gene expression, genome editing, cell therapy, and molecular diagnostics

, including protocol optimization and customer training.
