Must-Have Skills:
Able to spot potential problems early and fix them swiftly.
Efficient and accurate in handling customer interactions, ensuring quick and smooth resolutions.
Provides clear and detailed feedback, ensuring customers fully understand their issue resolution.
Highly motivated and driven, tackling challenging goals and situations with energy and enthusiasm.
Skilled in having effective discussions with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Good-to-Have Skills
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, enabling support for a diverse customer base.
Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Relevant certifications in customer service or support.
Technical Skills
Expert in SQL (MSSQL)
Knowledge about Windows OS and Windows Server
Knowledge about FTP, VPN and similar techniques
Ability to acquire and apply troubleshooting information
Experience with Service Now
Knowledge about ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Basic knowledge about programming languages and development processes (.NET, C#)
