Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Application Management:

This includes tasks like installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.

Technical Support:

Providing assistance to users with application-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical difficulties.

User Collaboration:

Working with users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and implement solutions to improve application usability and performance.

Training and Documentation:

Developing and delivering training materials and documentation to help users understand and effectively utilize the applications.

System Monitoring:

Monitoring application performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing preventative measures.

Security Management:

Ensuring the security of applications by managing access controls, user permissions, and other security-related aspects.

Collaboration:

Working with other IT teams, such as infrastructure and security, to ensure seamless integration and support for applications.

Technical and Clinical Support:

Providing on-site and remote support to customers on the operational aspects of medical devices, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance.

Training and Education:

Conducting training sessions for healthcare professionals on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices, ensuring they are comfortable and competent in using the equipment, according to InnAccel Technologies Pvt Ltd..

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing timely and effective support.

Sales and Marketing Support:

Assisting the sales team with product demonstrations, presentations, and providing clinical insights to support sales efforts.

Product Expertise:

Developing a deep understanding of the technical specifications, clinical applications, and competitive landscape of the medical devices they support.

Clinical Trials and Research:

Participating in clinical trials, gathering feedback on product performance, and contributing to the development of new applications and solutions, according to MintResume.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, training sessions, and troubleshooting activities
