Tetra Pak Processing Solutions and Equipment business specializes in providing integrated industrial processing solutions to the industry. Liquid Food Solutions (LFS) is a part of this business responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions, equipment's for the processing of liquid foods within four categories; Dairy, Beverage, Plant Based, Prepared Food.



We're now looking for an Application Sales Manager to lead internal and external sales efforts for Prepared Food solutions. This includes products such as desserts, liquid nutritionals, spreads, fruit preparations, dressings, condiments, tomato-based products, ready meals, soups, and sauces. In this role, you'll focus primarily on customers in South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, while also supporting global markets. You'll report directly to the Commercial Manager, Prepared Food.



The position is permanent roles based in India. preferbly Puna Chanan Office

You will travel up to 30% of your time.

What you will do

As Application Sales Manager you will




Support and drive our business by combining a good understanding of food manufacturing, especially pasteurization/aseptic and general processing of formulated viscous products, with a good commercial acumen and strong communication and leadership skills. Take ownership for the assigned market, and for achieving the business targets on sales and profitability. Actively review and follow up the opportunity pipeline and identifying new businesses closely together with Market Operations. Support global sales of our production solutions & services to existing and new customers, in close cooperation with the local market organizations. Create competitive production solutions with related value proposition based on our understanding of the customer and their expectations together with the markets. Quote selected processing units included in production solution. Plan and execute competence development in dialogue with the markets with respect to Tetra Pak portfolio.

We believe you have

A strong technical background, with a degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Solid knowledge of food processing, technologies, and products. Around 5 to 10 years of experience in the liquid food industry. A good mix of business acumen and technical understanding, especially in automation and process engineering. Proven ability to drive progress and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills with a natural talent for building and maintaining relationships. A customer-focused mindset with a solid understanding of business strategy and commercial impact. Willingness to challenge existing practices and contribute innovative, efficient solutions that strengthen our value proposition. Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
