Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their technical needs
and requirements and translate these into actionable plans.
2. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance during the product
development and implementation phases.
3. Design Optimization: Ensure that designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and
comply with industry standards and regulations.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
design, production, quality, and procurement, to ensure successful project execution.
5. Sales Support: Enhance sales efforts by training sales personnel, preparing ad copy,
and presenting to prospective clients.
6. Marketing Support: Produce marketing materials and other collateral to support
product promotion.
7. Industry Knowledge: Maintain and enhance industry knowledge and relationships
through continuous learning and networking.
8. Sales Pipeline Management: Work within the team's sales pipeline to deliver
accurate sales forecasts.
9. Marketing Activities Oversight: Oversee marketing activities, including social
media and analytics, to optimize performance.
10. Client Relationship Management: Optimize sales performance through effective
client relationship management.
