Job Description

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, including product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations. Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and system configurations tailored to client needs. Serve as a liaison between the customer and engineering or product development teams to ensure accurate communication of technical requirements. Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and providing solutions that align with their business goals. Offer post-sales technical support to ensure proper product implementation and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with new product developments and competitor technologies. Conduct site visits, product trials, and customer training sessions as needed. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical or commercial issues quickly and effectively.
