Responsibilities oProject Manager, confident, versatile & results-orientated, with experience of transformational delivery across insurance sector. oResponsible for complete ownership of deliverables oA pragmatic approach to implementing industry leading best practice methods & controls including waterfall & Agile PM, with a strong reputation for exceptional project management. oHands on approach to successful project delivery & leadership, engaging with business stakeholders at C-level / Board & 3rd parties, rapidly building oRapport & instilling trust through excellent communication skills. oOutstanding as a leader of people, skilled at empowering on and offshore teams to deliver ambitious results, committed to creating working environments which drive performance, foster cohesion & prioritize development. oExperience of driving change management, business transformation, service transition, project strategies, PMO, offshoring, requirements gathering, budgetary control, financial regulation, Agile PM, JIRA. oIdentify the risks and maintain the risks during all stages of the project. oSingle point of contact for the customer/Account team and communicate required status report appropriately. oParticipated in Defect Triage Call and Project Key Stakeholder meetings. oChampion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.
