Job Description
Detailed Technology Skills: SCCM, VMWARE Horizon, APPSTACK Tools: Install Shield and Admin Studio Experience : 3 to 6 Years Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Horizon AppVolumes. Experience of creating applications/packages using various installer packages including .msi, .exe, .dmg., or .pkg. Experience scripting software installation and system configurations using PowerShell or Bash. Prior experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 desktop technical support role. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10 or Windows 10 IoT. Minimum 2 years supporting end users in an Office 365 environment. Product knowledge of Horizon, SCCM, Intune, Windows 10 servicing, Microsoft 365 Office servicing, PowerShell, Azure, Active Directory, vSphere, JAMF, Surface/Surface Hubs, Dell hardware Demonstrated ability to think critically. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences. Demonstrated self-motivated work ethic and lifelong learner. Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate others. Knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
