Set sales targets and increase the revenue in the Bangalore - Hosur region and add new customers to our base.
Coordinate between different in house teams and clients.
Set sales targets, monitor, guide and motivate other engineers to achieve the desired results.
Prepare and maintain the required reports and data pertinent to sales.
Conduct weekly reviews with other sales managers/engineers and enhance the performance
Ensure that orders received/solicited are profitable and will help the company grow in the right direction.
Planning the trade fair participation in the area to help increase the reach of our brand.
Ensure customer satisfaction on orders being received and executed
Manage the opportunity pipeline and ensure that sufficient quantity of quotations is provided, so that the required quantities of orders are realized.
Improving and establishing standards for quotations
