Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager - Machine Tool Metal Cutting Solution who will lead the implementation, support, and growth of our machine tool solutions for metal cutting applications. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through effective customer relationships and solution delivery

Key Responsibilities:

?Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 application engineers on PAN INDIA basis

?Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

?Set performance goals and provide feedback.

?Ensure team meets customer needs and project deadlines

?Finalizing the requirements & specifications with customers for their applications.

?Working towards achieving team objectives by conducting demonstration of MARPOSS metal cutting products and convincing the customer about efficiency of the system technically

?Conducting training about the products application, operation, and maintenance to various customers as well as internal team.

?Interacting with customers for root cause analysis of field problems

?Providing online service support to internal team as well customer

?Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, support).

?Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

?Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis

?Visit customers to understand their manufacturing processes, provide technical support, and identify opportunities for our solutions.

?Exhibitions and Events: Represent the company at exhibitions and events, showcasing our products and providing technical expertise to attendees.

?Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including technical support requests, training sessions, as well as case studies & installation database management

Preferred Qualifications:

?Education: Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics /Electrical/Electronics/NTTF

?Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the machine tool industry.

?Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machines : Expertise in Fanuc Expertise in Fanuc and Siemens controllers: Additional knowledge of other controllers is added advantage

?Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers and colleagues.

?Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions.

Requirements:

?Experience in machine tool industry or similar domain.

?Strong technical knowledge of metal cutting solutions.

?Excellent communication and project management skills

?Experience with CNC machines and their electrical/electronic systems

?Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, electronics, (Digital & analogue electronics)

?Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., G-code, PLC programming)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,722,239.62 per year
