Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and train clients on application usage
Support daily operations such as content, billing, inventory, orders, courses, or reports
Act as the first point of contact for user queries and basic support
Ensure correct app setup and smooth day-to-day usage
Collect feedback and coordinate with internal tech and product teams
Maintain basic onboarding documentation and usage guidelines
Eligibility:
Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream)Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
Good communication and explanation skills
Willingness to learn business workflows across different industries
Customer-support and problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
