Manage and maintain company applications (ERP, inventory, billing, accounting, HRMS, internal systems)
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of applications with minimal downtime
Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions
Coordinate with software vendors for support, upgrades, and enhancements
Manage application updates, patches, and user access controls
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
Prepare application documentation, SOPs, and reports
Support end-users and provide basic training when required
Assist in testing and deployment of application changes
