Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, creating user-centered designs, and ensuring that the applications meet both user needs and business objectives. You will also engage in discussions to refine project goals and deliverables, while mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on innovation and quality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather user feedback and insights. - Develop and maintain design documentation to ensure consistency and clarity across projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with User Interface Development. - Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
