Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and overseeing the technical aspects of projects to ensure successful delivery. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Data Architecture. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. - Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
