Key Responsibilities o Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for applications built on the ServiceNow Platform, o Develop and maintain automated test scripts integrated into CI/CD pipelines. o Collaborate with development team to ensure high-quality releases. Required Skills & Experience o 5-8 years of experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and automation testing. o Proven experience testing applications built on the ServiceNow Platform o Selenium with Java hands on experience mandatory o should be able to do automation analysis for Upgrade Testing and automate Manual tests. o ATF+ServiceNow platform experience/knowledge is a plus o Primary scope is smoke testing, upgrade testing, manual testing and automation, and automation fixes of existing suites.
