Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving to enhance application performance and user experience, while mentoring team members and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Mentor junior team members and assist in their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). - Strong understanding of application design and development processes. - Experience with integration of EDI systems with various platforms. - Familiarity with data mapping and transformation techniques. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to EDI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
