Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. - A Windchill Java Team Lead typically oversees the technical direction, development efforts, and quality standards of projects involving Windchill PLM systems with a strong focus on Java-based customizations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Willingness to learn, Positive attitude, Conflict resolution - Work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support - A Windchill Java Team Lead resource requires strong technical expertise in Windchill, Java, and related technologies, coupled with leadership and team management skills. - They should have experience in Windchill customization, development, and configuration, as well as strong programming skills in Java and related web technologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
