Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making, ensuring that the applications meet both user needs and technical requirements while fostering a collaborative environment among team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
