Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Lead and execute QA activities for the Onelink (PeopleSoft Financials) platform, including planning, design, execution, and documentation. 2. Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases for PeopleSoft modules such as: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Management (AM) Purchasing (PO) Expenses Billing Project Costing Grants/Contracts (if applicable) 3. Utilize PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or other automation tools to automate regression and functional test scenarios. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand business requirements and convert them into test plans. 2. Perform integration, system, regression, and UAT testing for upgrades, patches, and customizations. 3. Familiarity on tools like JIRA, qTEST for Report, track, and manage defects 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
