Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring that the applications meet business needs, and overseeing the development process to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure project success while maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and clarify business requirements. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application design and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead discussions. - Familiarity with application development methodologies and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
