Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the implementation of solutions, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and reliability while maintaining a focus on user experience and satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Vmware Virtualization Administration. - Strong understanding of server configuration and management. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues. - Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for server environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
