Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance application performance and user experience, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of devops principles and best practices, with hands-on experience implementing gitlab ci/cd pipelines with devsecops,arm teamplates,terraform and automation solutions. - Proficiency with cloud platforms such as azure including experience with cloud services and identities. - Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies (docker, kubernetes, aks) along with service mesh and helm. - Hands-on on azure kubernetes services (aks) and linux. monitor, analyze, configure, deploy, enhance, and manage containerized applications on aks along with identities - Expertise in linux, windows command line, scripting languages like bash, power shell. - Maintain stability of environments, support gitlab pipelines across several ms azure resources/services - Experience with prometheus, grafana & azure monitor - Deploy cloud infrastructure/services, manage day to day operations, troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure/services, deploy, and manage aks clusters - Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure and deployment pipelines in the sdlc - Build and setup new ci/cd tooling and pipelines for application build and release - Implement migrations, upgrades, and patches in all environments Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
