Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), AWS Architecture, Apache Spark, PySpark. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language). - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
