Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, React.js, Angular. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles. - Experience with RESTful API development and integration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
