Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. " KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sound knowledge on industry leading performance testing tool -LoadRunner enterprise, neoload, JMeter Ability to design complex scenarios to depict real world user patterns. Should be proficient with these protocols - Web (HTTP / HTML), Web Services, Tru Client, Citrix, SAP-GUI, KAFKA, MQ Good foundation with Performance engineering concepts including knowledge on monitoring tools - DynaTrace, AppDynamics, New Relic. Should be able to configure performance metrics for various monitors and build Dashboards. Good understanding of JVM related concepts Should be proficient in SQL queries. Understanding of the application functionality and performance requirements along with SLA's defined. Identify the test environment, test data and access needs. Create profiling, test scripts, test plan, executing, trouble shooting and performance tuning. Create monitoring profiles to acquire performance metrics to ensure optimization. Analyze test results and call out any discrepancies against the SLA's. Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders. " Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency. - Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with application architecture and design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
