Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the organization. You will also oversee the development process, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate communication and foster a collaborative environment to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Wealth Management Advisory Solutions, Investment Banking. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports to support project objectives. - Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
