Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating discussions to gather requirements, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals with stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apigee. - Strong understanding of API management and integration techniques. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and design patterns. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Apigee. - This position is based in Pune. - A 15 years full time education is required.
