Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Life Insurance and hands-on experience with Ingenium and TCS Bancs platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of insurance products and services through digital transformation initiatives. Job Title: Life Insurance Business Analyst o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for life insurance products and processes. o Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams. o Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements and new implementations. o Work closely with IT teams to support configuration, customization, and integration of Ingenium and Bancs platforms. o Lead or support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution. o Develop process flows, data mappings, and business rules documentation. o Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. o Support regulatory and compliance initiatives by ensuring system changes meet legal and audit requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: o Expert in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. o 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain. o Strong working knowledge of Ingenium and TCS Bancs platforms. o Familiarity with life insurance products such as term, whole life, endowment, and annuities. o Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, Confluence). o Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. o Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Additional Information: o Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent). o Experience with data migration, system integration, Data platform o Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as IRDAI, AML, and GDPR. o This position is based in Mumbai. o A 15 years full time education is required.
