Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions with your team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to enhance application performance and user experience, while also mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development in the field. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) preferably Terraform ,Proficient in Azure Infra - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
